As a solo business owner, please kindly allow time for your order to be packed and processed - usually within 2-7 business days, depending on the number of orders ahead of yours.
- If the website has over estimated the postage amount I will send you a store credit.
- Some of my kits come in lovely "new looking" small boxes these are donated to me by a local business for me to re use
- I source strong brown paper bags and cardboard boxes from my local area to send out my orders
- I source second hand bubble wrap from my local area, I never buy or use "new" bubble wrap
- I use recycled paper for my printing (where possible)
- I use eco wrapping tape for your parcels
- I keep, reuse, and repurpose any incoming packaging. I turn inside out any postbags and reuse
- Please reuse or recycle your bubble wrap at any supermarket recycling stations for plastic bags
